Joe Swick is an Oregon native with a very unique approach to making Oregon Wine. He committed to it at a very young age, determined to educate himself in a hands on manner. Nearly twenty harvests later spanning California, New Zealand, Tasmania, Chile, Piedmonte, Portugal, and of course Oregon, Joe began crafting wines harvested from Oregon and Washington under the Swick Wines Label.

Blanc de Noir, Verdehlo, Melon de Bourgogne, Grenache Blanc, Malbec, Mourvedre, and Touriga Nacional are all due for release in 2017 in addition to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, made without any additions or subtractions.

Joe’s travels and diversity of hands on experience are manifesting in an approach to terroir that has been seldom seen in the Pacific Northwest. The Swick Wines are a thoughtfully integrated step in where we’ve been, and what the potential of the future holds.
